1. Terms of Service

By accessing or using Terminal X (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subscription & billing
Terminal X is offered on a subscription basis at $50 USD per month or $500 USD per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code or data from the Service; (b) share your account credentials; (c) use the Service to send spam or unlawful content; (d) abuse our rate limits or attempt to overload the Service; (e) use any output of the Service for high-frequency, market-making, or other activity that requires regulatory licensing without holding such licenses yourself.
Data & market information
Market data shown in Terminal X is for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice. It may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You are solely responsible for any decision you make in reliance on the Service.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing jp.israel@icloud.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminal X is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify subscribers by email of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
2. Privacy Policy

This describes what Terminal X collects, why, and how to control your data.
What we collect
- Account info — your email and a hashed password (or your OAuth provider id), used to sign you in.
- Billing info — handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer id and subscription id; never card numbers.
- Usage data — server logs (timestamps, request paths, response codes) and basic analytics (page views, button clicks). Used to improve the product and diagnose bugs. Retained for 90 days.
- AI conversation history — your prompts to the AI Copilot are stored in your account so you can revisit them. You can delete them at any time. We do not use them to train models.
What we don't collect
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't use your prompts for model training.
- We don't embed third-party advertising or behavioral trackers.
Third parties we use
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting and DDoS protection
- Anthropic — powers the AI Copilot. Your prompts are sent to Anthropic's API but are not used to train models per their API privacy policy.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing jp.israel@icloud.com. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
